Maple Crème Brûlée

An underdog in the fight for a spot on the Thanksgiving table, but will surely please everyone. Maple & vanilla bean custard delicately baked in our house made full butter flaky crust finished with bruleed sugar to create that caramelized crackle that everyone loves.
